Dear Lizzy,
I just wanted to let you know how impressed we were with AIO through our
daughter's move to Florida. First of all, we had many e-mails and conversations
with you , Lizzy. You could have not been more helpful. It was wonderful!
when the movers came to our house ( sorry, i cannot remember their names) they
were very professional, courteous, efficient, and careful. They had those items
wrapped up, taped and in the truck in time. The fellow who did all the paperwork
was amazing with our daughter. He explained every single thing in detail to her.
He was really professional. The kids received their furniture at their apartment
within the specified time. all of it was in perfect condition. Things were
unwrapped, put back together, and was all done with the utmost speed and
efficiency, despite the 95+ degree Florida temperature. Our daughter said
the movers were all polite and professional.
I have moved many times in my life and have used the big, well known moving
companies think they must be better. Moving is a scary thing, You give complete
strangers all of your possessions and hope all these possessions end up at the
specified place and in the same condition. Let me tell you, if we do move again
or if anyone needs a recommend a mover, we will defiantly send them to AIO. The
only difference between AIO and the bigger more well known moving
companies is the expensive price.
